We will assist you in launching a Mastermind Group at work or in your community. This “Board of Directors” format works well for Entrepreneurs, Small-Business Owners or Community Leaders wanting to generate ongoing fresh ideas, energy and solutions from Mastermind Group members. We also offer initial coaching to your new group to model the Coach Approach.

Masterminds meet monthly or bi-monthly and have 5 to 7 members max. Each member has 5 minutes to share a business challenge to get ideas or insight from their group.  Group members then spend 20 minutes asking questions or challenging the Member’s beliefs and assumptions around their issue.  The individual gains insight and perspective to take further Action.
