Coaching, Training & Staff Development Services

Hello! Donna Coulson here. I’ve worked in the field of Learning & Development (L&D) since my college internship days at Johnson & Johnson and earlier work assignments at PRUPAC, Prudential and NJ Natural Gas. L&D is a mainstay of our business. Staying current and being curious is a Success Factor for anyone wanting to thrive and survive in any field today whether you’re just starting your first professional job or occupy a senior leader position.

We added coaching to the business when I became affiliated with Corporate Coach U, a virtual training school started by the late financial planner, Thomas Leonard.  I’ve always used coaching in my leadership work and I learned new ways to question and create awareness in leaders through discovery and exploration that lead to Options and Action Plans—something senior leaders expect at all times.  I’m a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation which requires coaches to pursue continuing coach education and client coaching hours. ICF certifies coaches through exams at three levels based on coaching-specific education and client coaching hours—the ACC, PCC and MCC. I’m an ICF Examiner who reviews and evaluates 1-2 recordings of coaches working with their clients—with their permission.

My experience and wisdom tell me that information learned from coaching or from workshops is only as good as your applying it to your job or your life.  I’m a practical person. We won’t waste your time with useless facts. We focus you on what you need to know now. However, YOU need to translate how this relates to you, your life and your work.  We will help you do that. However, your Commitment to Action, Accountability and Implementation begins with you—either you want to or you don’t.   I hope you do!

Your ongoing success depends on your Continuous Learning, Adapting, Changing, Applying Concepts, knowing Trends and Readapting. No amount of money, training or time will make up for a lack of action going forward.
